Today I have published my newest camera guide book, Photographer’s Guide to the Panasonic ZS100/TZ100, in three electronic versions: PDF, ePub (for iPad, etc.), and mobi (for Kindle). I have also uploaded the Kindle file to Amazon.com, so the Kindle version should be available there within about a day, for those who prefer to purchase Kindle books directly from Amazon.
The paperback version of the book should be available within the next couple of weeks. For more information, please see the book’s main information page at this site.
As of today, Photographer’s Guide to the Sony DSC-RX100 III is available in all three downloadable versions: PDF, ePub (for iPad, iPhone, Kobo, Sony, Nook, etc.), and mobi (for Kindle). You can purchase a bundle of all three versions through this site for $9.95 using the above link.
The book will be available in paperback for $26.95 through Amazon.com and other online sellers by the end of August or early September 2014. I will post further details as they become available.
The electronic versions also are available through the Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Kobo, Apple, and Google Play online stores.
Please note: If you purchased the PDF-only version of the Sony RX100 III book through this site, you should have received a message providing links to the iPad and Kindle versions. If you did not receive that message, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org making reference to your order number, and I will send you the other two versions.

As of today, Photographer’s Guide to the Leica D-Lux 6 is available in downloadable formats for the Kindle (.mobi file) and iPad (.epub file). The ePub version also can be read on the Barnes & Noble Nook reader, the Sony reader, and other devices. These two versions are bundled at no extra charge with the purchase of the PDF version through the White Knight Press web site for $9.95. For more information, please see the book’s main information page at this site.
The newest camera guide book from White Knight Press, Photographer’s Guide to the Leica D-Lux 6, has just been released in a downloadable PDF version. This book is similar to the recently released guide to the Panasonic Lumix LX7 because the two cameras are almost identical in operation. However, because the two cameras have some differences, particularly in the appearances of their menu screens and their control buttons, the new book contains almost entirely new photographs and illustrations, to provide a completely customized guide to the Leica camera model.
The book has 423 pages and contains about 400 images, including screen shots and examples of photographs taken by the Leica D-Lux 6. It includes information about all operations, features, and controls of the camera. It has three appendices, including details about accessories for the camera, a section of Quick Tips on how to use the camera effectively, and a list of web sites and other useful resources for further information.
The book can be downloaded now for $9.95 through this web site. For more information, please see the book’s information page at this site.
As of today, Photographer’s Guide to the Panasonic Lumix LX7 is available in downloadable versions specifically formatted for the Amazon Kindle readers and for the Apple iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch, as well as for Barnes and Noble Nook devices, among others.
You can purchase all three downloadable versions (PDF, Kindle mobi, and ePub) for the single price of $9.95 through this site, at the information page for the LX7 book. The book will also be available for sale in the Kindle version at Amazon.com in the very near future, and it will be available through the iBookstore for the iPad and other Apple devices within the next two weeks. It will be available for the Barnes and Noble Nook reader in the near future, also.
As of today, Photographer’s Guide to the Panasonic Lumix LX7 is available for purchase through this site in a downloadable PDF version for $9.95. The new book follows up on earlier books about the Lumix LX3 and LX5, covering all features and controls of the LX7 digital camera. This book is longer than the others, at 424 pages, and contains more than 400 photographs that illustrate the menu screens, controls, and image-capturing capabilities of this sophisticated camera.
For more information about the book, please see the book’s main information page on this site.

Today I revised the ordering system for downloading the PDF versions of books in the Photographer’s Guide series. Previously, the purchasing links for the various books handled sales of only the PDF versions of the books. Now, when you go to a book’s ordering page on this site and use the ordering button to purchase the downloadable version, you will receive all electronic versions of the title that are currently available.
For example, if you go to the page for Photographer’s Guide to the Sony DSC-RX100, the newest book available as I write this, you will find a button that links to the purchasing page for the electronic edition of the book. Before today, the only version available through this site was the PDF file. Now, however, if you purchase the PDF, you will automatically receive links for downloading all three versions: PDF, Kindle (.mobi file), and iPad (ePub file). Within a few minutes after placing your order, you should receive an e-mail message confirming your purchase and stating that you will be sent the download links soon. Then, not too long after that (within 30 minutes to an hour, in most cases), you will receive an additional e-mail message that contains links to all available editions that can be downloaded. For the Sony DSC-RX100 and most other books, all three e-book editions are available. For the book about the Leica D-Lux 4, the only editions available are the PDF and the .prc file (an earlier version of the file format for the Kindle). The book about the Panasonic Lumix LX3 is available for download only in PDF format.
